Deposits

Due to the high demand for our babies, we cannot hold or reserve birds without a deposit.
Typically, this will be 50% of the sale price. For example, if the cost of your bird is $500, then the deposit to reserve it will be $250. The remaining $250 balance can be paid when you pick up your baby.

For larger, rarer birds, we accept a 30% deposit and break up the remaining balance into payments along the way.

We take the placement of our birds very seriously and try to discourage impulse buys. To help make sure that the decision to own one of our babies is taken seriously, the initial reserve deposit is non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances on our part. Refunds or credits for any other reasons are at our sole discretion.

Due to the high number of scams and fraud attempts, we do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or PayPal transactions. Full payment must be made before receiving your bird.

Payment Options

We try to make finding your new feathered companion as easy as possible.
As such, we accept a wide variety of payment options as a convenience.
