This breeder made me feel very comfortable during the whole purchase process and especially about shipping. The bird was shipped very well taken care of. Other than a few flight delays, everything was great.

I was very nervous about purchasing a bird through a breeder states away. However, Sarah made the whole process comfortable and exciting by keeping in touch, answering all of my questions, and sending pictures from time to time as the bird was weening. I received my bird on March 26th and on March 27th, I took him to the my vet for his first checkup. To my delight, the vet said he was the healthiest and best behaved youngster he had ever encountered. He also stated, “It is obvious the breeder spent a lot of time with him.” Not only did I receive an extremely healthy and happy bird, West Branch provided me with pictures and updates on a weekly bases.

Very prompt in her responses. The bird was everything she said and more, in pristine condition. He came snuggled in fleece with toys, food, and a clever perch! Always happy to answer questions. Sarah was excellent keeping us up to date with our Timneh that we purchased from her. We were able to have our bird DNA tested so that we would know what we were getting and even started calling him by his name for us. He is a beautiful bird with a sweet disposition! You can tell that she takes great care and time with her babies! Not to mention she wasn’t bothered by all of our questions! I would highly recommend her if you are considering a bird of your own! Sarah is a awesome breeder. She is so easy to talk to and knows everything about each of her breeds. We purchased our Congo African Grey from her and since we are local Sarah would bring her for visits. She sent pictures all the time and really kept us informed about our baby. I bought a Grey from her. She and I talked about the birds and she answered all my questions. She is very easy to deal with. My bird is very tame easy to handle ,I think the way that she handles them from the beginning make a great bird. She is a good breeder, shipping was on time, over all it was pleasant dealing with her.

I have acquired a couple of feathered friends from Sarah and have yet to be disappointed. She is bubbly, fair and loves her birds like they were family not pets.

Sarah at West Branch Aviary did a phenomenal job with my Quaker Parrakeet, Kiwi. Kiwi came to me already sweet and ready to be a wonderful companion, and Sarah provided me with all of the information and help I would need, both before the sale and after. This breeder is upfront, honest, and dependable. The green cheek conure I bought from her is everything she said sweet, good health, and a beautiful bird, She’s the one to deal with, ones like her are few and far between.

Sarah does an amazing job with her birds. We picked up our Dusky baby about a month ago and she is just the best! We absolutely love her. It was clear that she had been well-socialized, exposed to all kinds of household activity, handled often, and loved.
